Yohji Yamamoto
After studying Yamamoto last year for a project on non-wovens, I went to check out the exhibition at the V&A. Highly recommended, the pieces on display are amazing, and his back catalogue is so awesome. He is fast becoming one of my all time favourite designers.

wow, this looks like a wonderful exhibition! He used to have a store over here (in antwerp, belgium - it was actually his largest one worldwide) and whenever you'd go in, it always looked like you walked into an exhibition rather than a regular shop :)
Ugh, he is fucking amazing right? Such a flipping unique and gifted designer. Definately in my top 20 favourites.
You should check out the tumblr Cotonblanc....there are quite a few awesome Yamamoto images on their you may be interested in.

I saw some Yohji at a fashion exhibition in Paris, the clothes are so great as display pieces! He is quite the genius. I may have to get my bum down to this exhibition, I love the V&A anyway!
